Transport

We provide transport services for Palwal and its surrounding areas, including Hathin, Nuh, Punhana, Pingwa, Hodal, Kosi, Hasanpur, Faridabad, Jewar, and Alawalpur. Parents are advised to confirm the availability of bus or cab services for their locality before finalizing the admission process. Please note that transportation is a facility, not an entitlement, and we cannot guarantee service for all students or areas.
Important Guidelines for Students
- Arrival: Arrive at your designated stop at least five minutes before the scheduled time. The bus will not wait for late arrivals.
- Conduct: Stay seated during the journey, avoid disruptive behavior, and respect co-passengers and others.
- Belongings: Ensure all personal items are collected before leaving the bus and exercise caution while disembarking.
- Absence: Submit a prior written application to the route in-charge if you plan to skip the bus for any day.
- Dismissal: Students leaving with parents must notify the Class Teacher in advance.
- Discipline: For assistance, contact staff on the bus in a polite and orderly manner.
- Important Restrictions for Students
- Safety: Never board or get off the bus while it is moving. Do not open doors, lean out of windows, or throw objects. Chewing gum is strictly prohibited.
- Respect: Avoid standing on seats, damaging bus fittings, or defacing property. Costs for damages will be charged to the responsible student or shared among users if the individual cannot be identified.
- Behaviour: Misconduct, including fighting, shouting, abusive language, or disobedience, may result in suspension of bus privileges.
- Cleanliness: Eating or littering on the bus is strictly prohibited.
- Transport Rules
- Route Changes: Requests for route or stop changes during the session require a written application and prior approval from the Principal.
- Responsibility: Parents or guardians must ensure their child’s safe arrival and departure at the designated bus stop.
- Campus Access: Entry to the school campus is through a secure main gate, manned 24/7. Parents must present ID cards at entry and exit. Visitors must obtain a Visitor Pass and cannot meet students during school hours without prior approval.
- Surveillance: The campus is under constant CCTV monitoring to ensure safety and security.
Note:
- Transport is provided at the parents’ own risk, and the school cannot guarantee service in cases of full capacity or unavailability in certain areas.
- Parents remain responsible for drop-off and pick-up arrangements if transport is unavailable.
- Discontinuation of bus service requires one month’s advance notice to avoid charges for the following month.
- Transport services cannot be withdrawn after November.
